  September 2025 -Civic Association Meeting 

  LPE Residents are invited to join the LPE Civic Association Board for the September General LPECA Board and Residents/Members Meeting at Kaminski Park Clubhouse  (The Stables) at 7 pm.  The LPECA is a volunteer-run not-for-profit organization.  Our funding for events and programs is derived from the voluntary annual membership of our LPE Residents. Please help support your community - Become a member today. 

  Reminder: the Civic Association does NOT govern the LPE lakes, parks, or recreational areas. Questions or concerns related to those locations and amenities would require your attendance at the LPE Independent Special District (ISD) monthly meeting.  https://www.lakepadgettisd.org/

  The LPECA holds its general membership board meeting on the 4th Tuesday in January, March, May (No Meeting in July), September, and November at 7 pm - Join Us!

  Spring Community Yard Sale Event

  LPE residents have the option to participate in our Spring LPECA Community Yard Sale Event.  It's as easy as 1, 2, 3, and 4.

  RESIDENTS: 1. Collect items you want to get rid of. 

  2. LPECA will promote the event by posting signs around the local area and posting notice(s) on social media and local news outlets.

  3. Day of event: stage your driveway/front yard and Sell, Sell, Sell! 

  4. Remove all unsold items from your driveway and front yard and celebrate your earnings!

  Bargain Seekers & Treasure Hunters: Join us Saturday, October 4th, to seek out treasures and bargains as various residents throughout our 1000+ homes in Lake Padgett Estates set up for our semi-annual Community Yard Sale Event. 

  
  

  Entrances to Lake Padgett Estates are located off Bell Lake Road (east of Hwy 41 and west of Collier Parkway) and off Collier Parkway (north of Hwy 54) at Parkway Blvd and another at Weeks Blvd, about a half-mile past Lake Myrtle Elementary School.

• 2025 LPECA For Residents Only: Trunk or Treat Event

  Saturday, October 25, 2025, LPECA Trunk or Treat Event - Lake Saxon Park       Time:  2 pm to 3:30 pm 

  Join the LPE Civic Association for our Residents Only Annual Trunk or Treat Event!  Our resident ghosts, goblins, superheroes, princesses, and ??? will visit from vehicle to vehicle (or golf cart), collecting their candies and goodies (supplied by LPECA) in a safe, family-friendly candy exchange for LPE Residents and their guests. This event is open to all LPE residents, and we'll have some prizes, giveaways, and BOO knows... maybe even a few other surprises. Prizes for Best Costumes by age group and one for the Family Costume category will be announced.  Registration is available, but is not necessary to attend.

   This event is open to all LPE residents and is sponsored by the LPECA. Become a member today!   JOIN the LPECA 

  VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:  LPE residents are needed to help pass out candies to our ghosts, goblins, and little ones. Please email us if you can help, and then plan to decorate your golf cart or vehicle and head on over to Lake Saxon Park on Saturday, October 26.  Volunteers willing to help pass out our pre-bagged candy should arrive at 1:30 pm for staging before our guests arrive.  Contact us at info@lpeca.org  if you can help and volunteer in your vehicle or golf cart to pass out goodies.

• LPECA's Members' Choice Judging: Best in the Hood Holiday Lights Contest

  All properties within the LPECA boundaries are eligible to be nominated by current members of the Civic Association for the LPECA's Members' Choice Best in the Hood Annual Holiday Lights Contest.  Civic Association Membership is open to all LPE residents as defined by residents residing within the boundaries of the LPE Independent Special District. LPECA Members' Online Poll Submissions will open on Saturday, 12/13 at 5:30 pm and close at 11:59 a.m. on Sunday, 12/21.  The Events Calendar will have additional information on voting and judging that will be sent out to LPECA membership on or before Wednesday, 12/10, via email to members' primary email on record. 

  ALL LPE resident households are invited and encouraged to participate in the decorating contest.  Only current LPECA members' households will be allotted a poll (family vote) per household for judging.

  The addresses receiving the most votes, in descending order, will receive signage for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place, along with the next 17 addresses being Honorable Mentions. Online and signage recognition is provided by the LPE Civic Association.  A Final Listing of the Top 20 addresses to receive the greatest amount of votes from those LPECA Members who participate in the Poll will be available on our website for downloading.
