The LPE Civic Association announces the 2020 Holiday Lights Contest Winners: With all the great holiday displays to choose from this year, the judges really had a tough time narrowing down the list. After many hours of the judges viewing, reviewing, and discussing we have our 2020 LPECA Winners and for the first time that we can all recall, we have a Tie for 2nd Place!
