Spring Community Yard Sale Event

LPE residents have the option to participate in our Spring LPECA Community Yard Sale Event.  It's as easy as 1, 2, 3, and 4.

RESIDENTS: 1. Collect items you want to get rid of. 

2. LPECA will promote the event by posting signs around the local area and posting notice(s) on social media and local news outlets.

3. Day of event: stage your driveway/front yard and Sell, Sell, Sell! 

4. Remove all unsold items from your driveway and front yard and celebrate your earnings!

Bargain Seekers & Treasure Hunters: Join us Saturday, October 4th, to seek out treasures and bargains as various residents throughout our 1000+ homes in Lake Padgett Estates set up for our semi-annual Community Yard Sale Event. 

Entrances to Lake Padgett Estates are located off Bell Lake Road (east of Hwy 41 and west of Collier Parkway) and off Collier Parkway (north of Hwy 54) at Parkway Blvd and another at Weeks Blvd, about a half-mile past Lake Myrtle Elementary School.
