Let’s kick off the summer with some Saturday Night Family Fun!

LPE Civic Association and Oakes & Associates Insurance are partnering once again to bring another family fun and free Movie in the Park Event

    •  Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Lake Padgett Park
    •  Movie begins about 8:05 pm - just before sunset (8:17 pm)
    •  Arrive early:  a little birdie told us that the Tampa Bay Water Ski Show Team will be performing a practice and run-through of their ski show at Lake Padgett Park prior to our Movie in the Park!
    • Don’t miss the opportunity to watch a professional water ski show followed by a Movie in the Park!  Ski show is scheduled to begin around 7:15 – 7:30 pm and the Movie in the Park will begin shortly after their performance.

Bring your park gate access, the family, lawn chairs/lawn blankets, picnic - we’ll be supplying the snacks & drinks (water/juice).  Final movie will be chosen by the members of the LPE Civic Association via an email poll sent to the membership.  Thank you to all our LPE residents that have paid their 2021 Membership!

Any event cancellations or updates will be posted on our LPECA website and in the event of weather cancellation will also be sent via email notice to those residents that are currently active LPE Civic Association members with a valid email on their LPECA profile.

    • LPE Kaminski Park - Stables Clubhouse

Due to a majority of the terms of the previous LPE ISD Board of Supervisors expiring on 11/17/2020, and Governor DeSantis not yet having made any interim appointments to the LPE ISD this will be an informational meeting, since there is not a quorum of active board members to conduct business.  Meeting starts at 6:30 p.m at the Kaminski Park Stables Clubhouse on the third Thursday of each month.   Agenda & Documents Link - Click Here

This is message from LPE ISD Supervisor, Pam Carr taken from LPE Unoffical FB page on 1/15/2021:

Just to let you know that the upcoming meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Lake Padgett Estates Independent Special District that was to be held on January 21, has been canceled. Any meeting would only be informational. Cancellation is being fiscally responsible as it will save the district money by not having to pay those who would be attending.

The Operations and Maintenance Budget continues to be in line with previous months and years. There is no new business to be conducted as there is no quorum. Old business and items previously approved by the board are ongoing.

There is no update on appointing the previous supervisors from Governor DeSantis yet.

Decals and key cards are being updated this week and weekend. After that you will need to schedule a time with Steve and Tony to get you decals and key cards reactivated.

If planning on running to become a supervisor, this is the week to get your paperwork done and turned in.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding at this time - (End msg)
