Long before there was a LPE MSTU or ISD our LPE residents used to come together to voluntarily support the events and care of our community.  It was on June 16th, 1975, that the Lake Padgett Estates Civic Association was formed as a nonprofit organization for the benefit of the residents the LPE Community.

Happy 48th Birthday LPE Civic Association!  For nearly 50 years our community volunteers have given 1000's of hours of their time to keeping your Civic Association as an active and important role for our LPE community.  Please help support your LPE Civic Association by becoming a member TODAY!  Annual memberships are based on # of properties not individuals. We offer a low, low basic membership starting at just $25 and for those that can and want to add to their donation we have additional rates available.  Help us to reach our 50th Join Today!
